Cancellation policy

1. Automatic Renewal

When you select a subscription purchase option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription.

Your subscription will continue and your payment method will be automatically charged according to the billing frequency and recurring price disclosed before you complete your purchase, unless you cancel the subscription.

2. Authorization

By selecting the subscription option and completing checkout, you expressly authorize Novea and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for:

• the initial subscription payment; and
• subsequent recurring payments

according to the price and frequency disclosed before purchase.

Your subscription continues until cancelled.

3. First Order Promotions

These may include:

• an introductory discount;
• a special first-order price;
• free bottles;
• bonus bottles;
• free products;
• promotional gifts;
• complimentary items;
• special bundles; or
• other introductory benefits.

4. Second and Subsequent Orders

Beginning with the second subscription shipment:

• the introductory discount ends unless expressly stated otherwise;
• the initial promotional price no longer applies;
• complimentary or promotional gifts are not included again unless expressly stated otherwise;
• free bottles or bonus units from the first-order promotion are not included again unless expressly stated otherwise; and
• the customer is charged the recurring subscription price disclosed when the subscription was originally accepted.

5. Recurring Price

The applicable recurring price and recurring product quantity are displayed before the customer completes the subscription purchase.

The customer should review these terms before submitting payment.

The recurring price disclosed when the customer enrolls applies according to the subscription terms unless subsequently changed in accordance with applicable law.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods.

Method 1 — Online

Access your Novea customer account or subscription-management portal and select the cancellation option.

For direct access to the subscription-management portal:

Cancellation is effective when the system confirms that the subscription has been cancelled.

Method 2 — Email

Send your cancellation request to:

Email cancellation requests are normally processed within 24–48 business hours.

Please include enough information for us to identify the subscription, preferably:

• your full name;
• the email address associated with the subscription; and
• your order number or subscription number.

If there is a reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the requester or the subscription concerned, we may request limited additional verification.

We will not intentionally use verification requirements to obstruct a legitimate cancellation.

7. 24-Hour Deadline

To ensure that your cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled payment, cancellation must be completed, or a sufficiently identifiable email cancellation request must be received, at least:

If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled renewal, payment or fulfillment processing may already have begun.

In that situation, the upcoming renewal may still be processed and cancellation will apply to subsequent renewals.

Where applicable law requires a different result, applicable law controls.

8. Second Payment and Subsequent Renewals

Except where otherwise required by applicable law:

For clarity, failure to cancel before a scheduled renewal does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but normally does not reverse a renewal payment that was already processed before cancellation became effective.

9. 60-Day Guarantee

The promotional Novea 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a qualifying FIRST order.

IT DOES NOT APPLY TO:

• the second subscription payment;
• the second subscription shipment; or
• subsequent recurring subscription orders.

The Guarantee and the subscription are separate.

Requesting a refund under the first-order Guarantee does not automatically cancel the customer's subscription.

10. Important — The Guarantee Does Not Pause Your Subscription

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription if they do not wish to receive another recurring shipment.

For example, a customer may still be completing the 60-day product trial when the next recurring payment becomes due.

11. Subscription Management

Where functionality is available, customers may use their subscription portal to:

• cancel;
• pause;
• skip a shipment;
• update eligible products;
• change quantity;
• change shipment frequency;
• update an address; or
• update payment details.

Availability of individual functions may depend on the applicable subscription plan.

12. Payment Failures

Where permitted by applicable law, failed subscription payments may be retried.

Payment processors or payment networks may also provide updated payment-card details following card expiration, replacement or renewal.

13. Cancellation Confirmation

Customers should retain their cancellation confirmation email or portal confirmation.

14. Chargebacks

Initiating a bank dispute or chargeback concerning one payment does not by itself constitute cancellation of future subscription payments.

To stop future renewals, cancel through the subscription portal or contact support@thenovea.shop .

Nothing in this section restricts rights provided under applicable payment or consumer-protection laws.
